G. TERMINATION / CANCELLING AND REFUNDS [READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIPTION]
Membership billing is by a per-month basis or automatic renewal and may be cancelled at anytime by visiting Customer Service at CCBill at this page. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after a username and password have been issued. If we find a charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time, at this page. Your account will then be cancelled at the end of your subscription period. Chargebacks or forced refunds from your account will also cause you to be listed in an online fraud database. This will prevent you from using your credit card, or phone number on the internet again with thousands of companies that use CCBILL. for their online billing. We will not issue refunds for any other reason. Even if you do not, or can not access our service because you are unable to properly configure a software news reader program or any other reason, there are still no refunds given. Your IP address is recorded when subscribing. If you sign up and then you send us an e-mail saying , "I do not like the content" or something along those lines , there is not refund. There is plenty of free previews on the site, that can help you determine if this content is something you would like to see in more details; then when you sign up to see more, the minimum charge is $19.99 (or $54.99 for the single subscriptions).
You can cancel your membership to avoid further charges, and you will continue having access to the content for the full 30 day of your membership.

H. HARASSMENT
Francesca Dani has the right to terminate any membership in the event that she feels a member is harassing her or any other member of the site at FrancescaDani.com.
FrancescaDani.com has the right to ban from the forum a member with a uncorrect behaviour (spam, volgarity, rude criticism). Ban can be permanent or semi-permanent.
The grounds for termination (or ban) can be purely subjective and based on the views of FrancescaDani.com. No refunds are given for any reason.

I. CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Please note that a subscription to FrancescaDani.com is a legal and binding contract between the user and Francesca Dani, which is not revocable after the user has entered the private members' area and taken advantage of the benefits of membership. Submission of credit card information to FrancescaDani.com and its online transaction processor (CCBill) is equivalent to a legal signature; and all IP addresses will be retained to verify users' identities. Fraudulent use of credit cards can and will be prosecuted to the full extent of all applicable laws. Fraudulent use includes entering false credit card information and obtaining chargebacks when the credit card has NOT been stolen and the transaction has NOT been an error.

J. PASSWORD PIRACY [READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIPTION]
Password piracy is theft.
Pennywize is the password security company that we use. If more than 3 IP addresses use the same user name/password, the security system automatically disables account. This protects us from members giving out their user name and password. Sometimes it activates if a member uses AOL, then Internet Explorer, then AOL again on the same day. If this is the case we will change your user name. If this happens more than 3 times for 1 member, account automatically gets canceled.
Pennywize tracks by IP address and most ISPs (AOL, Earthlink, or whomever) assign a new IP address to you each time you "dial up". So, if someone comes to your site several times a day and has logged on anew to his ISP each time, it's possible that they could trigger Pennywize's blocking.
Your membership information is for you only. Any member who shares their username and password with others will forfeit their right to membership without a refund. We have several ways of tracking logins and whose username/password is being used by more than 1 person. This website is set up with a password security system that tracks this information and is checked daily. Please abide by the rules of francescadani.com.
If people give out their user name and password and more than 3 IP addresses are used, Pennywize disables the account automatically. If you did not share your user name and password, you may have entered my members section too many times in one day. Try not to enter and exit the members section too many times per day.

K. PRIVACY STATEMENT
FrancescaDani.com respects your right to privacy and will do everything we can to protect that right. Members' details will not be sold or given to any third parties or to any other members of the site. Members' details will only be used for the purposes of administrating the Web site.

- Can you sell me some inedited photos? Can you make a photosets only for me?
NO! Please stop emailing me private requests! I don't take ANY of these! If you want to request a set you must join my members' section and request a set through members' forum. That's the best place for your requests. All the requests out of my members' section will be ignored.
